1. Ownership

1.1 The Platform, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Vowallex and/or its licensors. Core system components may be owned/licensed by ARGOcoin.

2. Licence to Users

2.1 Users receive a limited, revocable licence to access and use the Platform in accordance with the Terms.

3. Restrictions

3.1 Users must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works, except as permitted by law.

4. User Content

4.1 If you upload content, you grant Vowallex a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use it for operating the Platform.

5. Infringement Notices

6. Governing Law

6.1 This Policy is governed by the Terms of Service.
