OWN Crypto – Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy

Last Updated: 04 March 2026
Version: 1.0

1. Scope

1.1 This Policy applies to fees and transactions processed via the Platform and clarifies refund/chargeback handling across Core Services and Card Services.

2. Core Services (Crypto Transactions)

2.1 Generally no refunds for executed crypto transactions. Once an exchange/conversion is executed or an on‑chain withdrawal is broadcast/confirmed, it may be irreversible and not refundable.

2.2 Failed transactions. If a transaction fails due to system error and funds are not transferred, we will reasonably attempt to restore balances.

2.3 Fees. Service fees may be non‑refundable once the service is performed, unless required by mandatory law.

3. Virtual Card Services (Card Transactions)

3.1 Chargebacks/disputes. Merchant disputes and chargebacks are handled under card scheme rules and Card Issuer processes.

3.2 Crypto funding conversions. A crypto conversion used to fund card spending is generally final once executed as Core Services; a chargeback does not automatically unwind that conversion.

4. Subscriptions (if any)

4.1 If the Platform offers subscriptions, cancellation terms and any cooling‑off rights (where applicable) will be disclosed at purchase.

5. How to Request Support

5.1 Contact: contact [AT] owncrypto.io. For Core transaction issues: [email protected].

6. Governing Law
