2.1 You must use the Platform lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with Applicable Law and all Policies.

You must not use the Platform for or in connection with:

3.1 Illegal activity (including ML/TF, fraud, corruption, bribery, trafficking, WMD proliferation financing).
3.2 Sanctions evasion or dealings with sanctioned persons/jurisdictions.
3.3 Fraud and abuse (phishing, account takeover, card fraud, chargeback abuse).
3.4 Market manipulation or abusive trading behaviour.
3.5 Privacy‑enhancing laundering (use of mixers/tumblers) where prohibited by our compliance controls.
3.6 Hacking/malware (interference with systems, reverse engineering, scraping beyond permitted).
3.7 Circumventing controls (geo‑blocking, KYC, transaction monitoring, risk limits).
3.8 Third‑party access to your personal account except authorised business features.
3.9 Infringing IP or posting unlawful content.

4.1 We may monitor usage, investigate suspected violations, and take action including: warnings, restrictions, suspension, termination, reporting to authorities.
